Cask at GBBF '19, day four, 09/08/19. Black with a tan cap that clears to a swirl. Nose is chocolate, spice, roast malts, toffee fudge. Taste comprises dark malts, chocolate, charr, dried fruits, dates, tangy fruit rinds, light chilli bite. Medium bodied with bite, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a kiss of booze. Ok stuff if lacking some depth for the high boost ... quite spicy.

Billed as Ardent Wheat. Refrigerated 12 oz, canned March 10, 2022 can poured into a glass. Hazy golden with big white head. Aroma is herbal hops, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is wheat esters and herbal hops.
