Sampled from the tap at ABR 2015. Pours a hazy yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of bread and grain with a touch of sweetness. Flavor is similar with bread and grain throughout as well as a touch of sweetness.

Typically bad cream ale. I get an aroma of composting lawn clippings and a flavor of chemicals and a little dry malt. Not good at all.

Winterfest 2015. Jalapeno aroma and flavor, it has a lot of spice and heat. Interesting beer, and I like the heat. I could see using this as a marinade.

Sampled from the tap at Winterfest 2015. Pours a clear amber orange with a near white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has a good amount of bread and sweet grains with a touch of nuttiness. Flavor has some sweet grains and nuttiness with a bit of toffee and bread.

Sampled from the tap at Winterfest 2015. Pours a clear deep amber brown with a yellowish brown head that dissiaptes quickly to the edges. Aromas has a good amount of somke, roasted malts, dark grains and a bit of whiskey. Flavor has more dark grains with whiskey coming through and some underlying smoke and roasted malts.

Sampled from the tap at Winterfest 2015. Pours a cloudy pineapple yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has notes of grass and tropical fruit with a bit of citrus and sweet grain underlying. Flavor has notes of bitter citrus, light pine and grass with some light and earthy grains backing.

Sampled from the tap at Winterfest 2015. Pours a clear pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of fresh cut jalapeno not really much else there. Flavor is much more balanced with the sweet grains and corn of the cream ale combining well with a bit of a pepper bite from the jalapenos.
