Interesting! Pleasant sourness, murky, tastes of the forest. Not sure it’s amazing, but it’s definitely an interesting thing to do.

750 ml bottle. Nose is chocolate, grapes, bretty funk, caramel, spices. Dark brown with lace, and quite cloudy. rich dark malt, grape notes, brett, nicely tart. I think this would work much better with a pale malt than this sweet, chocolatey dark malt, but they are going in the right direction and this is quite interesting for a start.

Not much going on again. Touch of saison, touch of berries. But lots of nothing.

Lots of barrel but not a great deal of character beyond that. It’s alright, but it’s not that exciting. Bit more taste once you get used to it, but it’s still a bit lacking.
