Yep. It’s exciting. Smoothie sour. Very fruity. Served in a fancy cup. What’s not to like? Nice and tart. Not as thick as I’d expected.

White hazy. Not so hazy taste. Quite nice! Again nothing jumps out but it’s just nicely balanced.

Alright! Not so characterful, but at the same time, nothing in there that isn’t nice. Lightly fruity and a bit of cheesiness.

You come to these events to try new breweries Egret is a new place out in Himeji. Egret IPA Matte gold with a hoppy herbal stone fruit aroma, I’m guessing pretty full on dry hopping. Full bodied with a raspy carbonation and dry finish. Nice hop bouquet, balanced flavor profile. A promising showing. @Craft Beer Live 2023
