On tap at Holy Mountain - Phinney Ridge, pours an opaque deep dark amber with a medium beige head. Aroma has plenty of resinous hops, bready malt, toasted caramel, and a hint of fermented out sugars. Flavour is a bit jumbled, with lots of bready malt, subdued hops, and a hint of toffee. The clarity doesn't seem to be great on this one, with the hops kind of muffled and the malts not dialed in all that well. Not a disaster by any means, but this one didn't turn out so great.
