Уже с запаха сразу узнается типичный стиль пивоварни, а именно сухость от кофе и темного шоколада, есть медовая сладость, как будто даже немного цветочная. Цвет очень черный, пенки нету. Вкус крепкий, сухой, снова темный шоколад, кофе, какао бобы, есть небольшая сладость от патоки но самого вкуса меда нету, ну или почти. Выверенно, весьма гармонично но однобоко слегка по самому вкусу. В целом хорошо, классика.

From tap at Borefts 2022. Aromais leathery smoked malt, campfire, smoked ham. Some grain and noble hop. Moderate bittersweet. Great Rauchbier!

From tap at Borefts 2022. Malty aroma with caramel, smoked malt, light ash. Mild sweet, moderate bitter. Medium body. Nicely malty, sweetish and smoked. Good.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 2 Nov 2024) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with chocolate, coffee and dark bread. Malty, roasted taste with notes of chocolate, coffee, dark bread, liquorice, roasted grain and a balanced roasty bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Solid, rich, smooth and well balanced. Very nice.

Nice light brown bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy black pour. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish roasted, dark malts, leather, oak, minerals, old rope, whisky, bark, toast, soil, licorice, tobacco. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish boozy, leather, oak, sour-ish roasted grain, whisky, soil, old rope, bark, dark malts, dark sugar, tobacco, minerals, burnt licorice. Medium to longlasting bitterness, sweet sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. Nice.

Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. Boring.
