Bottled, from Systembolaget. Black, small head. Peaty Islay aroma with caramel and chocolate. Sweet with full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Peaty Islay whisky, coffee and treacle. Not nearly as velvetty as most Kaggen versions. Warming bitter finish.

330ml Bottle - Amber in colour. Citrus, gooseberries and caramel in the aroma. Grapefruit, orange, caramel and pine in the taste. A throwback to American pale ales from over 10 years ago.

Black with a disappearing head. Aroma of roasted malt, biscuits, honey and peated whisky. Round mouthfeel. Taste of roasted malt, honey, licorice, warming alcohol and peated whisky. Not the best "Kaggen" variant I've tasted; IMHO the peated whisky-notes are just a liiiiittle bit overdone.
