Description
Brasserie Gessienne is the first craft brewery in Pays de Gex. It opened its doors on September 15, 2012.
It was born from a professional reconversion and a passion. We wanted to offer the Gessians a product close to them, friendly and authentic. Close to the land and local values, we brew tasting organic beers, top-fermented and refermented in bottles. Our cereals grow in the Pays de Gex in Challex and are malted in Allonzier la Caille.
Our involvement in local life is obvious to us because it is part of our philosophy. We try to promote local events on our scale, create connections between people and encourage creative energies!

hazy orange to amber colour, moderate sized creamy yellowish ecru head; aroma of caramel, biscuity, some soy sauce, orange peel oils, grape (peel) and resiny notes; hoppy taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; a bit less bodied than expected from a braley wine, otherwise fine
