Tap at the brewery - a clean, balanced Scottish ale - rich, medium sweet, toasted bread maltiness throughout - a vibrant acidity and light mineral balance out the rich malt profile - light hazelnut and vanilla - nicely done.

Tap at the brewery - clear gold with a soapy lace - oh snap - this is definitely what one looks for in a double ipa - nose is a complex explosion of grass, citrus, sage, pineapple - malts are sweet, but lean and clean, just serving as a base for the intense citrus, wood, and herbal notes of the hops - rosemary, pine, grapefruit, mango - alcohol is a little hot as it warms, but not too overbearing - however, it does make this fall just below a 4 for me.

Tap at the brewery - hazy amber beer - this one is a bit of a disappointment considering their other output so far - mostly damp cereal grains and esters of bubblegum and banana - overall kind of gives the impression of breakfast cereal or, at its worst, babyfood - moderate sweetness and a flabby, grainy finish - not at all crisp, and lacking the pleasant phenolics one might expect in the style as well.

Tap at the brewery - dark ruby - an interesting take on a brown - has aromas and flavors of a brown mixed with character I normally associate with bocks - maple, roasted nuts, raisin, pumpernickel bread, a touch of mineral - finish of raisin, date, a touch of bread pudding - nice beer.

Tap at the brewery - lightly hazy amber - malt-forward and sweet up front (caramel), but it dries out through the middle, just as the bitterness of the hops well up front underneath the malt base - hop flavors are woody, lightly citric, strongly spicy, but never become abrasive - excellent red ipa.

Tap at the brewery - light gold with a slight haze - well-executed kolsch - light anf crisp, with a slight tang to balance the moderate sweetness, as well as a grassy hop bit on the tail end, finishing with a lingering tang and a light breadiness - light mineral in the finish as well - lingering quenching acidity - nice quaffer.

Clear dark straw color - solid, medium sweet IPA - the simcoe add a slight garlicky note, but the Nelson are most prominent, adding a fruity character that compliments the light sweetness - mild mineral notes compliment the bitterness - fruity finish, with lingering bitterness - nicely done.

Clear golden - aroma is quite woody and smokey, with underlying notes of rich Vienna malts - flavor is clean and lightly acidic/bitter - the smoke is moderate and tastes fairly earthy/peaty, almost scotch-like - the light nature of the beer allows the smoke to be the centerpiece of the flavor, which for me, is pretty nice - could use more complexity, but fairly nice. - have tried a couple more times in hope of liking it more, but there is really not a lot happening besides the smoke - even though I love smoked beer, I need something for the smoke to cling to, and this doesn’t offer that - still good forthe smoke heads.

Dark ruby pour - moderate carbonation, fairly creamy in the mouth - medium sweet flavors of chocolate, dough, dark fruit (raisin), followed by a moderate mineral bite - late flavors of raisin, followed by a balancing acidity - finish of cherry and bittersweet chocolate - decent.

Light gold with a moderate haze - nose of honey, wildflowers, moderate phenolics - frothy carbonation in the mouth - flavor is medium sweet - notes of straw, honey, pepper, light flinty character,  moderate phenols - a little sweet, but the dry finish with a mineral bite makes up for it - solid Belgian ale.
