Clear golden with medium white head. Sweet fruity aroma with malty and grainy notes. Same goes for the flavor.

66 cL bottle, bought in Bologna. Pours clear and golden yellow with a lacing white head. Light cornish and malty aroma. Flavour is grainy and cornish. Dry and subdued bitter finish.

0.5 l can brought from Slovenia, thanks Natalija! Poured crystal clear golden body with medium head. Quite pale aroma, some grassy hops with just touch of stench like rotten vegetables. Flavor quite fine, but too watery and blank even for the style. A bit soapy from time to time, probably because of exaggerated carbonation. Short, but not bad finish. Yes, definitely much better than Union pivo, but still not quite good.

Stehen lassen! Test vom 6.11.2007, Gebinde: Dose Noten: 5,4,7,5,8,2 - 4,10

0.33 l bottle. Poured crystal clear golden body with medium head. Weaker aroma of citrus, corn hops and some malts. Not really too nice when you smell it. Well, flavor isn’t so nice either, not balanced bitterish. Palate is short and not bitter at all, everything disappears. Foolish beer, but I had much worser, specially from Union! ;)

Fat ugly 0.66 l bottle. Never seen such. Thought that this is same as "Union pivo" so didn’t buy it before. Also, it’s quite expensive, better to be good. It poured clear pale yellow body with medium creamy head. Some industrial nose, some kind of citrus hops and some ugly malts. Notes of rubber also...great! Watery and bitterish in some bad way. Very slight carbonation. Finish is short, bitterish, empty, watery, blah...First, this is not pilsener, second is very bad pale lager. Drinkable, yes, but feels like if you get drunk of this head would blow of all those chemicals. Damn this Union, I expected much more, now I’m so afraid to even try Union Smile...

0.5 l can. Light golden body with almost no head. Skunky sweet metallic aroma of the NA’s. Not so bad taste however, looks really like a beer, although watery, just a bit of that unpleasant sweetness is felt. It has even got a bitterish palate like some light pilsener. Very good for a NA but still poor beer of course.

New review:
0.33 l bottle that poured dark brown, red toned body with medium sized ocher head. Aroma of coffee and a bit of caramel malt. Bitterish flavor, with coffee dominating but caramel/roasted sugar sweetness balancing the brew pretty fine. Medium bodied. Pleasant and long caramel and coffee finish. Now it’s just a fine dunkel. It seems they’ve changed recipe to somewhat more similar to Lasko Dark, as Crni Baron was better for sure.

Old review:
0.33 l bottle. Pours dark brown, almost black clear body with small short lasting brown head. Nice. Aroma of roasted caramel, some coffee and brown sugar. Very balanced flavor. Medium but nice carbonation, long pleasant half sweetish half bitterish finish. Much better dunkel than Lasko Temno. More such things are missing on our market. 6/4/7/4/15=3.6

Bottled(660ml). -from Pam supermarket in Trieste, Italy.
Pale yellow coloured, small white head, grainy nose. Strong cardboard, slight corny and metallic taste with bitter finish. Boring.
