Draught at BBF07. Clear golden colour. The flavour is slightly salty with rough bitterness. Mouthfeel is a bit slimy, perhaps because of the saltiness. Not a typical pils, but OK.

Bottled, at a bar in Winterberg, where they sold shots of ’sperma’ (sperm) for 1,50 euro. But this beer was quite drinkable. Clear amber color, short off-white head. Aroma of amber and caramel malt, decent german hops. Bit sweet and bitter taste.

(Bottle) Labeled 4.8% ABV. Dark golden color, small tan head. Grainy and malty scent. Acidic, grainy and coffee taste. Spritzy mouthfeel, medium bitterness. 6-3-6-3-11=2.9 - Rerate on January 1, 2009. Again 4.8% ABV. Clear brown color, big fluffy tan head. Sweet malty scent, some caramel. Sweet caramel and a bit bitter taste. Medium to smooth mouthfeel. Medium high bry bittereness. 7-4-7-4-14=3.6

Dem Gold-Trend ist Pott’s schon vor langer Zeit gefolgt, nun ist der neuste Trend dran: Ein Bio Bier. Dieses ist, anscheinend, aktuell nur im 4er Pack im Supermarkt "Hit" zu bekommen. Trocken getreidiger Geruch. Getreidiger, anschließend etwas fruchtiger und herber, bleibt dabei aber angenehm mild, ohne wässrig zu sein. Herb-malziger Mittelteil, wobei der malzige Teil hier untertönig ist, sich aber sehr gut in den Gesamteindruck einfügt. Zum Ende leicht herber und minimal bitter. Leckeres und süffiges Bier! Süßer Geruch, etwas nach Apfel. Hopfig-bitterer Antrunk, in dem ich die leichte Apfelnote wiederfinde. Im Mittelteil eher trocken, der Hopfen zeigt sich hier weniger und macht einer leichten Herbe Platz. Hopfig-herber, minimal ins bittere gehender Nachgeschmack mit dezenter Malznote. Bügelverschlußflasche: Thick fluffy, nearly off-white head, lively carbonation, golden coloured; a taste of honey in the grainy to sweet-malty nose, hidden traces of hops; light sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; the faintest illusion of aromatic hops in a light malty-bitter, also a bit metallic finish. Not great, Pott can brew better beers......

Bottle. Clear amber color with a small fair lacing white head. Aroma is ligth malty, toasted, notes of caramel, light yeasty, meat. Flavor is ligth to moderate sweet and bitter, ligth in a good balance. Body is ligth to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat.

(33cl swing top bottle) Clear, golden colour with a short foamy white head. Moderately sweet malty, honeyish fruity aroma with light hoppy notes. Initially short malty taste, turning into a rough, herbal hoppiness, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation; dry and bitter hoppy herbal finish. Not perfectly balanced and even a bit alcoholic in the finish.

Bottle, thanks to Derdoppelbock for this. Chestnut, thin beige head. Slightly sour malt aroma. Malt, sour, almond, nutty flavours in mouth. Some candy sugar. Finish is quite short.

Bottle, thanks to Derdoppelbock for this. Hop and bubblegum aroma. Golden with thin white head. Very clean in mouth, nice crisp hop finish. Extremely drinkable pilsener. Hop is quite bitter on end.
