Bottle shared. Clear golden with short lasting fizzy white head. Light tart apple, funk, apple peel, a touch of pear, light herbal, dry apple. Lots of apple with soft earthy and funk basically. Over light sweet, light tart and bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation.
