Sampled on draft this beer poured a caramel brown color with a medium sized foamy tan head that left great lacing. The aroma was honey, malt, perfume and wood. The flavor was honey, malt, perfume and cedar. Medium length finish. Full bodied.

Sampled on draft this beer poured an orange caramel color with a medium sized foamy beige head that left good lacing. The aroma was sweet honey, caramel and a bit of golden fruit. The flavor was sweet and malty with caramel, honey and faint golden fruit. Long finish. Moderately full bodied and very smooth.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a very dark brown color with orange highlights and a medium sized foamy brown head that left very good lacing. The aroma was vanilla cream, roasty malts, a bit sour and a hint smokey. The flavor was roasty and sourish with an off cream note. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.
