BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2023. Pale golden colour, no head and aroma of floral fruity perry pear. Taste is tart, tangy, pear, fruity, celery, peppery, tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2023. Pale yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of Perry pear. Taste is tangy, tart, perry pear, fruity, flora, sharp funk with some citric and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sharp funky dry peary finish. Quite drinkable
