Aroma is fruity, somewhat heavy and sweet with hops and caramel. Also some mango. Flavour has fruity hops, caramel and hints of candy. Flavour has heavy grain, toffee typical to English ales, some menthol and mild resiny notes. Session IPAs should be crisp and refreshing, this is just heavy and not-so-refreshing. Clean but not faithful to the style; feels a bit like English PA.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks tomer. Dark brown to black with a tan head. Aroma is roasty with smoky notes, some coffee, a bit of fruity notes and light vegetal hints. Bittersweet roasty flavor with some coffee, a fruity hint and a drier, mildly bitter finish with a smoky hint. Medium-bodied. Alright.

Aroma has cocoa and some chocolate. Flavour has well roasted (almost burned) malt, dark chocolate, some rubbery tones and hints of ash. Surprisingly good, the chocolate is not essence-like here. A chocolatey porter (or stout.)

Bottle shared with Dutchdrebus, Ansjelaah and Joes @ weekly tasting. Opaque pitch black color, average sized quickly diminishing off-white to beige head. Smell and taste malts, coffee, roastyness, bitter. Medium body and carbonation. Very nice beer.

Bottle @ benzai shared by Sandra. Pitch black colour with a small off-white head. Smells roasty, chocolate, coffee. Tastes coffee, roasty, chocolate, nesquik. Medium to full body, soft carbo.

Bottle [thanks to tiong] shared @ weekly tasting. No head, clear dark red color. Aroma is very sweet, candy. Taste sweetness, some sweet red fruits. Alcohol very well hidden. Low carbonation, decent body. Weird, but not bad at all.

Bottle @ benzai shared by benzai. Dark amber colour with no head. Smells ’roze kermis zoetstok’. Fucking sweet. Tastes sweet, ’wijnbal’, artificial fruits, ashy. No carbo at all, medium body.

Aroma has spicy and herbal tones. Also some ashy licorice and hints of coffee. Flavour is spicy and rather ashy with lots of tobacco. Also some peppery tones, bitter espresso and hints of licorice. Dry finish. Palate has almost no CO2 at all but I did not notice that before I was at the middle of the glass. A porter on the spicy side.
