At a tasting, thanks rosenbergh, dark brown colour with red hues, aroma of cola, cornichons, clove and nutmeg. roasty flavour with some cardamom and cola, medium bitterness and quite dry. Nice and easy to drink.

Murky brown color, small off-white head. Aroma is sweet with juniper and banana. Medium to full-bodied. Sweet banana, lots of woody juniper flavors. Some hoppyness in the finish with the touch of alcohol. Very tasty and traditional-like Sahti.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel Florentin. Thanks tomer. Brown color. Aroma of malt, a bit of cookies and lots of winter spices (clove, cardamom and others). Sweet malt flavor with caramel, spices and a spicier and drier finish with a roasty note. Medium-bodied.

Bottle from rosenbergh, many tanks. Dark brown color with small beige head. Roasted malt, cinnamon, cardamon ginger in aroma. Taste, sweet dark malt, ginger, cinnamon, rye. Spicy finish. Good Christmas beer.

Aroma is heavy and sweet with banana esthers and yeasty notes. Alo some juniper and wet cardboard. Flavour has banana esthers, yeast, some juniper and floury, papery notes.. Too bad with the off-flavours.

Pours dark brown with a tiny head. Aroma of bready malts, glue, hints of juniper, spices and berries. Taste is malty, bready, boozy and spicy with notes of juniper, berries, hops and hints of glue. Finish is smooth, malty and boozy with some junipery and spicy notes. Quite balanced and not very aggressive sahti, but Iām still not the biggest fan of the style.

Bottle from rosenbergh, many thanks. Dark ruby brown color with huge beige head. Dark malt, citrus and floral hops in aroma. Taste, roasted malt, coffee overlapped with nice portion of citrus hops. Long hoppy bitter finish. Good.

Tap at St Urho, Helsinki. Colour is black with small slightly brownish white head. Aromas and flavours: Coffee, hints of chocolate and roasted malts. Very good for this ABV.

A dark brown and blurry sahti,without head. The nose of sahtimalts, lots of spices, some dark bread, hint of bananas, juniper and alcohol. Taste is nicely sweet, bananas, lots of spices, juniper, hint of dark bread. Smooth and rich to drink withput carbonation. Very tastefull sahti, the great balance.
