Arôme sur un bouquet brett - pas mal d'agrumes - céréales avec une petite touche de tropical en support - je note cependant, un léger bouquet 'buttery' limite infecté.
Palais est sec marqué allant vers le pomelo presque sur une touche bretté - sec poussiéreux avec un agréable fruité qui revient en support - sans pour cela être éblouissant. Là aussi, petite touche d'infecté - poussiéreux, fruits à noyaux.
Reste un peu en ligne avec le reste de la dégustation - un peu bof pour chaque dégustation.

Palais sur une légère base de pils,un peu herbacé, houblonné noble DE - pointe d'agrumes et finalité fruitée tout en gardant un caractère malté classique en support.

Poured hazy and light yellow in color.
Properly bitter, tropical fruits, turning mangoish and caramelly like as well. OK, but with slight belgian yeasty spiciness at first.

Can 44 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a white head. Potent spicy, tropical hop aroma. Medium body, slightly sweet malts and fruitiness before the spiciness of the Mosaic sets in - odd tartness also. Carbonation a bit to the high side. Strangely not all that bitter. 141025
