Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, grassy and some green apples,mild ripe apples too. Flavour is green apples, some fruits, mild herbs and quite grassy. Interesting with some slight bitterness along with the apples.

Draught. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head, which stays for quite a bit an even leaves lace. Aroma is herbal, some white grapes and mild white wine tones to it. Flavour is herbal, some grapes and mild white wine like mineralic elements. Easygoing and somewhat thin as for the palate.

Cask@SOPP Helsinki 2021. Hazy golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is citrus, some floral, mild nectary and some earthy tones. Flavour is grapefruits, earth, grass, mild bready and earthy tones.

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2024. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is quite riesling-like with some grapeskins. Flavour is nicely wooden, some sweeter white wine tones with mild earthy tones. Refreshing.

Draught@Craft Beer Helsinki 2024. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is berries, some floral and mild alcohol tones with a bit vanilla too. Flavour is birchy elements, some wood, mild sweet malts, dried fruits, plum and some nice oaky tones too. Really smoothly balanced.

Draught@Lakeuden Panimojuhlat 2024, Seinäjoki. Rubyish amber colour with a mediumsized off-white foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is berries, ripe fruits, alcohol, some sweet malts and spiciness. Flavour is caramel, some alcohol sweetness, burnt sugar and mild berries with some earthy and grassy tones too. Good sipper.

Draught@SOPP2017 Tampere. Yellowish golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is floral, some raspberries and mild herbal tones with some grains too. Flavour is raspberries, lactose, some slight nutty and mild berries and herbal tones. Not too bitter, but has a still got a quite lingering long herbal and tartish aftertaste.

33cl can. Pours clear, deep amber with a modest, off-white head. Caramel, rye bread, malt and hints of wood and chocolate. Sweet and malty with a fairly light bitterness. Quite drinkable.
