Bottle, smallish creamy head, very hazy dark orange colour, aroma of bread with flowers, mustard earthy and cidery notes, overall quite funky, flavour of caramel, nuts and peach, quite sweet but with a pleasant fruity sourness balancing, long fruity honey aftertaste. A bit too sweet but still a very good tripel.

Bottle ,small stable bubbley head, opaque black colour, aroma of lightly roasted coffee some charred notes and hints of nuts and coffee, hay, flavour of dark chocolate and coffee, a hint of alcohol and a bit too strong sourness. Quite drinkable but nothing too exciting.

Bottle. Clear deep golden-amber color with a medium off-white head. Yeasty spicy aroma with fruit esters, bubblegum, some malt and honey hints. Sweet flavor with some malt, somewhat sugary fruitiness, and an alcoholic finish, slightly spicy, with sweet bubblegum notes. Medium-bodied. A bit too sweet and alcoholic for my liking.

Bottle shared at a tasting at home. Slightly hazy golden (I got the first pour, by the 3rd sample poured, it was really murky and not so golden) with a white head. Very fruity aroma with yeast, a bit of spiciness and light earthy hints. Fruity flavor with pear, other fruits, lots of yeasty spiciness, light sweetness and a drier, spicy, alcoholic finish with a very faint smoke hint. Medium-bodied. Kinda OK.

Bottle. Black-colored, almost completely opaque, with a small, quickly-dissipating, beige to light brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, some dark chocolate, coffee notes and some yeasty acidity, slightly vegetal and fruity. Sweetish-acidic flavor with yeast, some roastiness, some coffee and some "green" notes. Acidic-bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Feels pretty amateurish, maybe I should try it again in the future.

Draught sample, hazy deep orange colour, malty aroma with pumpkin, flavour of pumpkin and sweet spices, cinamon, nutmeg and maybe allspice, feels smooth and quite thick. Drinkable and well made.

Bottle. Hazy golden-orange with a big, stable, frothy white head. Sweet wheaty aroma with slightly overripe fruits and some clove. Sweetish fruity flavor with light spiciness, grainy notes and a slightly drier finish. Medium-bodied. A decent, refreshing Hefeweizen.

Draught sample, small head, hazy lightish orange, biscuity maltiness, fruity melange and some spice, fruity flavour with a meduim strong herb and shrubs bitterness with hints of mustard and belgian yeast. Quite nice and interesting.

Re-rate 5/13: Draught at Beer Market Jaffa. Hazy golden with a white head. Hoppy aroma with citrus, floral notes and light grainy notes. Flavor has light graininess, sweetish hints and pleasant floral and citric hops with mildly bitterness. Medium-bodied. Nice and quaffable. A LOT better than how this beer used to be. 7/3/7/3/14=3.4

Draught sample at "Beers 2012" exhibition in Tel Aviv. Hazy orange. Aroma of fresh fruits (a bit of prickly pear and pear), some pumpkin and sweet spices. Sweet flavor with sweet spices, fruits, malt and caramel. Light to medium-bodied. This one’s not bad, but I’m never too fond of pumpkin ales.
