Pikadili is a brewery that innovates, with a range of ephemeral beers that are constantly evolving.

The brewery is based on a 1780 farm in the Hautes Vosges mountains. The focus is on modern style beers and in particular sour and fruity beers of the "sour" type, occasionally other atypical styles of the craft movement.

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7.5

Can. Hazy light golden. Spruce, wheat, lemon juice, grassy, kveik yeast, lime, winegums. Over medium sour, very light sweet. Almost medium bodied. Quite nice, but also quite sour.
