[ As Waterkloof - Karoo Beer Karoobossie ].
ABV: 4.2%. ✅ Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, herbs, flowers - lavender, citrus, minerals - minty - bubble gum. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, herbs, flowers - perfume, citrus, fruity malt, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20240311]

Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is lavender, some citrus, grainy and herbal tones. Flavour is lavender, some sweet white bready and mild herbal tones. Refreshing.

--Bottled, from the brewpub. -- Almost clear deep golden, mid sized head. Intense herbal nose with aloe, lavender and some citrus. Mid sweet with light body and well rounded mouthfeel. Lavender and cactii on white bread. Mid bitter finish. A very pleasant beer flavoured with plants from the Karoo.

--Bottled, at the brewpub.-- Almost clear deep golden, small head. Mild herbal citrus aroma. Mid dry with light body and well rounded mouthfeel. Bready and earthy. Mild spice and citrus. Mid bitter finish.
