A TRADITION PASSED DOWN – AND BOTTLED

Had to travel to the ends of the earth, always pursue something finer. Only then could you see what was close by and grasp the treasure you’d been sitting on all the time. It is the wisdom gained over the generations, drawn from the deep spruces and crystal-clear lakes. Real life, life lived to the full. Kolima was born out of freedom and forbidden tradition. Something that can only be tasted with your heart.

Bottle (thanks VastActiv). Honeyish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is grainy, some mild minerals, sweet malts and some herbal and earthy tones. Flavour is minerals, some sweet malts and a bit earthy tones to it. Quite similar label to Ylikylän, and so are the flavours. Hope these hold a bit longer than Ylikylä beers did...

33 cl bottle @ home, BBE 20.06.2024 Aroma is odd and sweet with potatoes and mild cellar aromas. Flavour has sweet malt, cardboard and moldy aromas. Something's a bit off here.
