The beer starts fresh and smooth. Nice orange with nice coriander. Nice dry, typical Belgian Wit aroma, fresh, smooth and great intense. Floral hops, fresh orange and herbs. Great!

The beer starts very floral, but a bit soapy. Floral, but too much soapy floral aroma. The body is sweetish-malty, the hops are too perfumed. Strange brew!

Bottle 330ml. [ As Kuehn Mystique IPA ].Clear medium orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, marmelade. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, citrus - orange, dusty hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141219]

Schöne, ungewöhnliche rote Farbe, stabiler Schaum. Im Geruch Grapefruit. Setzt sich im Trunk durch, leichte Bitternote, dezenter Alkohol, angenehm fruchtig, aber nicht zu intensiv. Sehr subtiles IPA, lecker.

Bouteille:Pale greenish-golden, a bit unclear, lively carbonation; lemons, lemon peel and a tinge of yeast and aromatic hops in the nose; light bodied, but silky MF; mild sweet-bitter and sourish flavour; some tartness is detectable in the short citrussy and wheaty finish. Refreshing and better than some belgian samples…
