Blue Jay Brewing Company is owned and operated by Jay and Nicole Thompson.

We take pride in being part of St. Louis’ rich brewing history. Our goal is to create award winning lagers, brewed in small batches, served in a family-friendly, comfortable atmosphere that helps grow the community and bring us all closer together.

We’re located in Midtown, three short blocks from CITYPARK. Come see us and have a beer!

Pour is a cloudy gold with a huge white head. Aroma has pleanty of banana and clove. Flavor is a chewy, creamy wheat malt followed by the typical banana and clove. This was a pretty good hefe.

Pour is a clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is biscuit malt and a grassy hop. Flavor is again a nice biscuit and bread malt and I think a little honey malt found its way in here. Crisp and refreshing.
