500ml bottle at home. Pleasant amber gold color with a large off white head. Nose is buttery caramel, toffee, slight floral hop, and bready note. Flavor is mostly the same, really nice toffee character and just enough hop bitterness to cut the sweetness.

9/3/2022. Bottle sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours clear pale amber with a small bubbly/frothy off-white head. Aroma is funky, berries, woody, straw. Moderate sweetness, medium sour. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Enjoyable.

Labeled as “Whitefield Amber”, on draft at Eldon’s Clonmel. Deep amber mahogany color and thick medium off white to cream color head. Nose is candy caramel, toffee, some toast, slight bit of pine. Flavour is smooth toffee and caramel, toast, grain, slight pine resin.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to SHIG. A hazed deep orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is oaky funk, white musty grapes, tannin, hint of fennel. Flavour is composed of bitter citrus, lemon rind, dry oak, musty funk, firm lemony bitterness. Palate is tart, bitter, moderate carbonation. Zesty bitterness.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 06/02/22. Hazed orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is light funk, citric sherbets, grass, damp oak, green berry must, hay bale. Taste comprises green berry must, light funk, lemon rind, straw, vanilla edged oak, barnyard twang, damp hay, subtle raspberry presence. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid kit.
