Bières de la Colline
Microbrewery in Vézelay, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, France 🇫🇷
Established in 2019
I offer you a selection of organic beers with complex aromas and perfumes. Whether it is my permanent range, my seasonal creations or my exceptional vintages, each of my beers is brewed with care in small quantities, for the greatest pleasure of amateurs in search of authentic flavors.
Why beers with a high alcohol content? I look for that intense, lingering aroma that requires a generous use of grains, thus promoting alcohol-rich fermentation.
My recipes favor certified ingredients from organic farming. The barley, mainly grown in Burgundy, and part of the hops used, also coming from this region, contribute to my commitment to local production.
Each beer is brewed and bottled by hand, in small batches, on site. Thus, each vintage is unique, giving each bottle an exceptional character.

33cl bottle from the brewery. F: huge, tanned, creamy, long lasting. C: dark, opaque. A: malty, dark fruits, cocoa, spicy, dried plums, bit blueberries, gingerbread, bit dark cherries. T: full malty base, cocoa, dark fruits, bit dried fruits, gingerbread, dark cherries, cardamom, medium carbonation, Belgians don’t like too much spicy for me ok yet may be low the spices could improve this, still enjoyable beer.
