500ml bottle from Boise Co-op. Clear golden pour, some initial bubbles, then still. Aroma is tart apples, floral notes, lavender. Lavender stronger in the taste, tart apple, minor peachy flavors. A little soapy, dry, mouth coating.

500ml bottle from Boise Co-op. Hazy dishwater colored pour, a small gush on opening. Aroma is all apple. Taste is light, subdued, apples, along with a hint of pineapple. Simple, straightforward and mellow.

500ml bottle pours out pale crisp straw topped with a white head. Nose is crisp apples some pear sweetness and a little spice. Taste is more of the nice light sweetness apple and pear notes.
