A variety of beers are brewed on site with a tasting room and lawn area available where customers can take in the scenery while enjoying their beers. In addition to onsite sampling, we also offer growler refills for a take home option.
Visitors are welcome to bring their own food. We do allow children and well-behaved dogs. We also have various games (indoor/outdoor) available for families and groups to use.
We are typically open on Saturdays as well as extra days around holidays. Please follow us on Facebook for the most current information and day to day updates.

Taster at brewery. Amber pour. Malty aroma , bready. Taste is toasty, nutty, brown bread. Smooth, mildly sweet

On tapa t the brewery/taproom. Black pour with a stout tan head. Lots of dark chocolate roast and dark caramelized sugars. Medium bodied nicely bittered and a bit more deep piney bye at the end. Quite good

Half pour at Danelion. Pitch black pour, small bubbly head. Bitter, roasty aroma with notes of coffee. Taste is bitter from the start, not sure if there was coffee in this or the malts were oasted very well. Nice feel overall

Draft pint from brewery. Hazy golden pour small, sofft white head. Aromis some nice pale malts before the citrusy hops catch up. Taste brings a nice earthy, citrusy flavor, with a little bit of hop bitterness.

Small pour at brewery. Dark brown pour, small beige foamy head. Aroma is mildly roasty, woody. Taste adds some hop character and a little bitterness. Very smooth ans easy to drink.

Growler pour thanks to Stevoj pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice citrus some pine hop forward notes and bread malts. Taste is more of the nice pine citrus hop combo and a well balanced malt bill.

Draft at brewery. Hazy golden pour, wispy fine head. Malty aroma, toffee. Taste is sweet, caramel, light orange. Nice feel, mild bitterness.

On tap at the Melba taproom light pale yellow/golden. Thin ring of fine white bubbles. Clean lightly sweet pale malts with a little cereal graininess on the trailer. Lightly hopped. Balanced and easy drinking

On tap at the Melba taproom dark brown pour. Utter and dark malt character. Some resinous hop muscle and bitter light roast malts. a dark brown IPA perhaps. I’ve had CDAs that were not much darker. Interesting

On tap at the Melba taproom Fairly clear slightly redish light amber. Thin fine skin of bubbles. Very light subtle woody malts with a little noble hop note.
