On tap at the brewery/taproom. Black pour thin tan head. Lots of dark roast. Flavors are as expected but lacking the sharp astringency that roast malts often have. A touch of sweetness and perhaps under buttered. But smooth and flavorful.

On tap at the. Breery/taproom deep thick dark brown with a tan head. Lots of toasted and chocolate malts. Thick and malty with terrific chocolate flavors. Seems like a bigger beer than 5.3. Would love to see this recipe ramped up to an imperial at around 8.5 Great as it is

On tap at “the farm” taproom. Fairly clear copper/orange with just a skiff of an off white head. Mild pale malts, form but not punchy hop bite. Some caramel sweetness and nice deep smooth citrus hop flavors. A smooth slightly sweet dipa with nothing to really complain about. Good.
