We are a neighborhood brewery located in Portland, Oregon. We brew what we love to drink and hope you love it as much as we do. Award-winning new school lagers, dank IPA’s, and barrel-aged sours.
On tap at Fracture, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops and crisp biscuity malt — fairly subdued though. Flavour has some piney hops, light grassiness, and crisp biscuity malt. Piney and crisp, with above average carb. Good stuff.
On tap at Fracture, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light grassiness and straw. Flavour is crisp, with straw, some grassy hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Kind of under-hopped, but it's clean enough. Decent.
On tap at Fracture, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is soft, with straw, dry rice and biscuity malt. Flavour is fairly restrained, with straw, biscuity malt, and a tiny touch of Nelson. Dry and clean. Decent.
Pale amber with just a slight haze. Medium head. Moderately hoppy nose. Slight acetic but mostly lactic. Mild bitterness. Terpenes are restrained here. Decent.
Taster at Loyal Legion. Clear, medium golden pour, wispy head yields solid lacing. Hoppy aroma, caramel, piney. Taste is sweet, malty, toffee leading to a mildly resinous, piney finish. Slight oily feel too. Clean finish.
On tap at RidgeWood, pours an opaque blonde with a small white head. Aroma is muffled, with stone fruit pith and some murky earthiness. Flavour is just bizarre, with lots of tobacco, tropical fruits, some hopburn, and earthy murkiness. Fruity and hopburny. Weird hop expression. Not my thing.
Can. Pours a clear yellow with a straw hue and a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a dank grass and a hint of marijuana with a bit of light grain and hay underlying. Flavor has marijuana and a good amount of grass with a bit of hay and straw backing.
