On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with small white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is pine and citrus. Slick body, dank, grapefruit, pine, resin bitterness, very good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours orange golden with small white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is floral, straw, citrus. Slick body, grass, straw, bitter finish, very good.

Black body with tan head. Coffee, chocolate and roast aroma. Smooth malty taste and malty finish with nuts.

On cask at Uptown. Pours a dark almost jet black hue with a small nice cask head. Toast, cocoa in the nose. Sweeter malts, mostly smooth flavor of roast, cocoa, light coffee. Very fun. More cask beers!

On tap at the new brewery. Pours a clear golden hue with a medium soft white head. A nice palate. Light toast and citrus in the nose. Lemons, light bitterness, big biscuit malts, some yeast in the flavor as well, mild tropical sweetness in the finish. Solid.

Red body with thin white head. Faint malt aroma. Caramel and bread in the taste with a good clean finish

Binary, I'm told, is very much open. Clear dark gold body with thin fast dissipating white head. Light hop aroma. Full fruity and spicy taste with a malt spine. Hoppy finish.

Apparently Binary is not closed. Clear pale gold body with thick white head. Light malt aroma. Hop edged taste with a long light finish.

Dark brown body with thin off white head. Light chocolate aroma. Bread, chocolate and malt taste, very full with a bit of tang in the honey and malt finish

Crowler from the brewery. Pours a cloudy orange hue with a small white head. A big pungent funky citrus nose. Soft, almost like kiwi, pear, hell, I get dusty sake here. Light citrus, light husky base. Pretty solid. A bit unusual.
