Description

On tap at Malafama, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, some resinous oils, and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is oily, with lots of clean piney and resinous hop oils, and biscuity malt. Balanced well and very clean.

On tap at Malafama, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is grassy, with herbal notes, gentle spiciness, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour isn't particularly Czech—needs more spiciness from the Saaz—but it's clean and has a decent bite. Crisp clean finish. Good.

473ml can (Rakau & Citra). Stuffy and sweetish with some muted tropical notes, citrus, grass and pine. A bit unbalanced

Aroma had pineapple, herbalness and spiciness. Palate was medium bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, pineapple, spiciness, floralness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, spicy and bitter. Nice.
