Draught Very carbonated deep amber beer to medium off-white head. Smoked nose, smoked vegetables, as veggies on the BBQ. Smoked ham, cured brisket on the smoker, rally worth its name. Meaty character. Medium bodied, slick, smoked notes keep lingering long. Nice, obviously styled on the Schlenkerla Lager. Not without merits.

Draught Wow. Taster glass is a 100% correct pint oβ the black cowsβ milk on scale 1/4. This merits an extra point. Roasted, smoked, and somehow, faintly sprout-like nose. Sweet, less bitter/roasted than Guinness, and certainly without the typical stout acidity of the roasted barley. Very creamy, thick MF, but only medium bodied at best. Finish is better resistant than most. Quite meriting stout.

Draught Small off-white head over pale amber beer with a cold haze. Rather subdued mandarine nose, not really outspoken, but nice. Maltier than expected, good malts present, but the citrussy, mandarine hopflavour arrives later with a vengeance. Slick, medium bodied, dry and tart MF, especially in the finish. Not really impressive, but at least very decent.

Draught Pale hazy golden-ochre, no head to speak of. Citrussy, very fruity hops, sweet/pink grapefruit. Bitter, and rather indifferent; fruity, bitter oranges finish. Bit fiery MF, better bodied than most similar IPAs. Maybe better than the sum of its parts.

Draught Small off-white rim, over black beer. Roasted, cigarette ashes, smells dry. Dry, but still quite some sweet; nutty, bit ashy, charred wood & cypress cones. Feels rather well-carbonated; slick, finishes rather empty. Bit run-of the mill, no faults.

Draught. Advertised as "Extra Pale Ale 40 IBU" Small yellowish head over pale amber beer. Parsley, herbal, lightly toasted malts. Bitterish, bit dull, but not unpleasant flavour. Finishes more bitter. Bit of dry-out; well-carbonated, medium bodied. Decent pale ale. Served at San Diegosβ usual temperatures - even when itβs raining outside.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear light brown color with a medium tan head. The aroma is coffee and a light toasted malt. The flavor is nice; clean, coffee, light fruit, nutty. Very smooth and very drinkable.

This is a cool beer, had it on tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear golden with a large white head. The aroma is rich tropical fruit. The flavor is a smooth easy fruity pale with no bitterness, sweet, light candied....well pineapple. Nice.

On tap at Monkey Paw. Pours a pure black color with a grey head. The aroma is smooth light milky malts. The flavor is much like a smooth Guinness, some roast, caramel, milky, light flavor. Thick body. Good.
