Taster at the brewpub. Almost clear, deep red colored. AROMA- strange, some berries and plums, slight touch of cinnamon. FLAVOR- pretty dry, lightly sour, lightly bitter, somehow fruity again, touch of cinnamon. Medium bodied. Odd one.

Taster at the brewpub. Lightly cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- honey, camomile, spicy, flowery, cinnamon, clove. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly bitter, clove, cinnamon, camomile, apple, pear. Medium bodied. Tasty.

Draught at the brewpub. Dark brown to black colored, opaque. AROMA- roasted, cocoa, prunes, chocolate bonbon, a bit creamy. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly bitter, warming, cherry, plums, cocoa, malts, earthy. Fuller bodied. Good.
