From a 440ml can on 2/7/2025. Pours a hazy medium golden with a medium head. The nose is tropical (passionfruit and mango) with some orange. Passionfruit, orange and mango dominate on the sip with a firmish, zesty bitterness taking the edge off the sweet fruit up front. Has a silky mouthfeel with moderate to average carbonation. Super cohesive, moreish. and impressive. These guys are doing some brilliant hazies atm.

Can. Deep clear amber with a cm of pale beige head that doesn't last too long. Toasty and nutty aroma with some chocolate and hints of spice. Tastes much as it smells - perhaps a little less malty than you'd guess for so strong a Dunkel. Bitterness tidies up.

From a 440ml can on 22/5/2025. Pours a cloudy deep golden with a medium head. The nose is passionfruit, lemon sherbet and white grape. It's actually unexpectedly sweet up front - lots of passionfruit, pineapple and more white grape. Tangy at back with a modest bitterness. Silky mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Very enjoyable but wanted it a touch more savoury.

From a 440ml can on 14/3/2025. Pours a hazy golden with a smallish head, with heaps of small yeast floaties. The nose mainly features citrus and peach, with lots of overtones. Tastes of orange, peach, apricot and passionfruit, with a nice tangy, lightly spicy bitterness at the back. Silky mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. This is bursting with flavour and incredibly moreish. Super cohesive and extremely impressive.

From a 440ml can on 4/3/2025. Pours a slightly hazy dirty golden with a smallish head. Has a slightly odd sharp citrus nose with some light chemical and metallic notes. Tastes mainly of citrus, with orange and lemon, along with some peach. Finishes moderately bitter with a hint of sour. Silky mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. A bit messy really.

From a 440ml can on 23/1/2025. Pours a slightly hazy light golden with a small head. The nose is ripe stone fruit with some white grape, with a subtle tropical background. The blurb on the can nails the description - passionfruit and nectarine in spades, with a little pear and white grape. Finishes with a light tangy, lemony bitterness. Has a silky mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Different and excellent.

Pale amber with a loose white head. Aroma of grass, white grapes, green berries - this stuff is powdered Nelson. Fruity with some boiled lollies behind. Moderate bitterness. Fair enough.

DDH Hazy IPA with Terpines

From a 440ml can on 6/11/2024. Pours a hazy light golden with a medium to biggish bright white head. Smells a touch touch herbal with some citrus zest and light pineapple notes. Tastes of pineapple, lemon, lime, with some grassiness leading into a lovely, satisfying medium bitter finish. Silky mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. This is simply a fantastic hazy - complex yet very approachable, beautifully balanced and tasty AF. Will definitely be grabbing as many of these as I can.

Lovely illustration of the tree in question on the can. Pretty much opaque orange with a fluffy white head. 3+ Aroma of passionfruit pulp, sharpish oranges, crackers. Nudging up on astringent at the end. Little bitterness, but still pretty refreshing.
