Appearance: Slightly hazy orange with medium sized white head and nice lacing in the glass
Aroma: Pine, grapefruit and citrus
Taste: Piney, grapefruit, citrus and some sweet malts. Leaves a pine taste in your mouth
Not a bad IPA, but a bit to much malt. I’m not a fan of Columbus hops either, especially 100%. This would be really good if it was dry hopped with simco.

22 ounce bottle courtesy of riversideAK. Thanks! Pours a hazy dark orange color with a medium tan head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of bittersweet hops including citrus, resin and herbal notes. Yes, that kind of herbal note. Some nutty malty notes as well. Taste is very bitter herbal and resiny hops with a finish of pineapple and citrus. Caramel, toffee and nuts as well. Medium bodied. Pretty decent.

12 ounce bottle courtesy of riversideAK. Thanks! Pours a clear dark brown tinted red color with a voluminous tan head that lasts forever. Aroma is chocolate, caramel, chalk, some fruity notes and something a tad bit tart. Taste is nuts, chocolate, coffee, caramel and tart green apple with a bitter hoppy finish. Medium bodied and smooth. A possible faint infection but it doesn’t detract much.

Bottle from Malt & Vine. Pours amber with a decent, clingy, off-white head. Mixed hop aroma on top of caramel. Medium body with near creamy carbonation. Flavor is roast caramel with resin and citrus. Astringent. Lots of bitter here. Just a really good IPA.
