Draught at the brewpub. Muddy yellow. Aroma of banana and toffee. Sweet with somewhat syrupy mouthfeel. Low carbonation. Plenty of banana character. Flavourwise it’s very good, but it feels a bit young and raw.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear deep golden. Lightly citric nose. Sweet and malty with rounded mouthfeel. A refreshing easy drinking beer with some character of its own. It works for me.

On Tap at DK Hazy light amber/orange with a long lasting white head and lacing. Strong mainly citrusy hops aroma and the flavor is similar. The malts are full and I think balance this heavily hopped brew. Everything seems to work and this is a hefty, bitter 2PA

On Tap at DK Dark redish amber with only a trace of head or lacing. Rather noticeable ABV in the aroma and flavor. Softly carbonated and was hoping for a fuller palate.

On Tap at DK Medium amber color, slightly hazy. Small but lasting head and lacing. Nice woody bitter malt flaver and hopped nicely. A bit thin and not as biter as I expected. Tasty though.

On Tap at DK Light golden color witha small white head and nice lasting lacing. Slightly deeper woody flavor than the lighthouse and moderately hopped. Balanced though Id say. Easy on the carbonation, very thin feel and a small bitter aftertaste.

On Tap at DK Very pale amber with a slight white head and wisps of lacing. Very light grain aroma and slight hop note. Flavor was a very pale grain, abit of cereal and paper, swetened with honey. Papery aftertaste and slightly sweet all around. A very clean light feel, a bit wattery perhaps witha rather lively carbonation.

On Nitro Tap at the brewpub. Dark brown but clear and dense cramy light tan head, thanks to the nitrogen. Wisps of sheeting lacing as I swirled the glass a bit. Moderate dark roasted flavors and a rich smooth feel. A nice offering.

On Tap at the brewpub. That beer pic is no joke. The thing looks like a milkshake. Lots of the clasic German Hef aromas. Soft fuits, cloves, mildy sweet yeast and, yes..bananas. The feel is soft and carbonation is a bit low. Easy drinking, classic and flavorfull for the style.
