From tap at the brewpub in Palma, Mallorca, after participating in the biannaual congress of the International Association of Empirical Aesthetics 8th to 10th of May 2024. Murky dark straw colour. Fine white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of pale malt, citrusy hops and hints of grains and herbs.

Half-pint, draught at La Velo Brewery. Shared with Frau Eva. A tiny, beige head over a coal black body, scattered lacing. Promising smell of roasted malts, grainy, mid-sweet. Mixed taste of liquorice, dark fruits, and caramel malts. Roasted ending, distant notes of coffee. Medium bodied. Pleasing to a certain degree. (Palma de Mallorca, 13.07.2023).

Half-pint, draught at La Velo Brewery. Covering white head, spotty lacing, cloudy golden-orange body. Inviting hop fruity smell of orange and apricot. Quite rich taste of soft citrus, apricot, and juicy malts. Succulent fruity aftertaste, bittersweet. Well bodied anniversary brew. Pretty good. (Palma de Mallorca, 13.07.2023).

Half-pint on tap at La Velo Brewery. Shared with Frau Eva. Stable white head, near clear golden body, upper part lacing on the glassware. Moderate smell of grassy hops with a floral scent. Blended taste of pale malts, grass, and noble hops. Rounded ending with a malt-fruity note, mid-sweet. Clean on the swallow. Just alright. (Palma, 13.07.2023).
