Draught at the source: pours pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is has a fair bit of funk and basement notes. Taste is lightly sour, earthy and hoppy notes, some sweetness in the finish. Nice.

(On tap @ Witchstock 2018, Toronto, Sep 29/18) Pours moderately hazy gold with a white head. Notes of juicy and lightly tart orange, grapefruit and yellow plum, rather high floral tones of jasmine and what I guess is sakura, slightly tea-like in feel, dusty funk, pretty crisp overall, delicate and not as sour as I was expecting, with a nearly clean floral finish. Lightish body, average carbonation. Definitely not the most in-your-face sour, but it flatters the ingredients and would be quite nice out of a festival atmosphere.

Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeasty, floral, citrus and funk. Taste is light sweet and light bitter and light sour with a long dry, funky, floral, yeasty finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

On tap at Mikkeller Odense. Hazy golden with a small white head. Fruity aroma with plums, cherry and peach with a touch of spice. Dry and slightly tart fruity flavour with hints of yeast and popcorn
