On draught (Kaffee Barbier, Eine): Chestnut coloured, small egg-shell coloured stable foam; sourish fruity nose, traces of wood, vinegar and iron-oxyde; slightly sweetish, mainly not too sour flavour, light bodied; mild dry sourish-fruity finish, a touch of balsamico in the aftertaste. Pleasant, refreshing, unusual brew ! Nice !

Dark color, brown with red shades. Prickly aroma, some vinegar, old oak, lightly fruity. Same impression for the taste, low sweetness, also tart and astringent, much evident in the final. Not easy, but interesting. Fresh at the brewery must be very good.

Draught. Reddish brown colour with a nice off-white head. Slightly sweet sour aroma. Slightly sweet fruity flavor with nice acidic sourness. I also got a tour of the brewery.

draught Dark brown, green shine; small brownish head. Sourish lactic acid wood, rust (ironoxide - in the good way) in the nose. Drop (liquorice sweet), wood, lactic acid, ironoxide, nice exactly right sourish edge, the sweet base. Medium bodied, very refreshing despite the sweetness. Another great relic of another age. That it may exist forever. Go to Eine, and drink it.
