Bottle, 75cl corked. It’s quite fizzy in the glass, clear, golden in color and some bubbles on top. The aroma has a faint woody touch, or maybe it’s more apple cores. It gives signals of being acidic, but it’s not very acidic when tasting it. Mostly apples, apple cores and with a little touch of something reminiscent of sulphur. A quite decent cider, but a bit weak and boring. 120124

Bottle, 75 cl corked. The cork took off like a rocket, almost giving my friend a black eye. Some gushing occured, but in the glass the head soon settled as a rim of bubbles. It’s really artisanal on the nose, with hints of gooseberries, a good dash of pears and some cellar hints. Slightly lemony. The flavor has a nice sweetness and fruityness, with pears and some berry hints. Medium body with pleasant carbonation, but I would like more body. Slightly astringent. A really nice perry. 110421
