Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Hazy orangey golden colour, big foamy white head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, sharp funk. Taste is sweetish, juicy, fruity, apple, with peachy note, some funk, caramel hint and drying acidity & tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry fruity tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

13/4/2024. Draught at Foraging Vintners, Port Erin, IoM. Pours clear almost colourless with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is ginger, herbal, biscuit. Medium sweetness, light firey spice. Moderate body, average carbonation.

10/4/2024. Draught at Foraging Vintners, Port Erin, IoM. Pours clear bright gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is honey, apples, caramel. Quite sweet with light tartness. Moderate body, oily, fizzy. Honey forward cider, quite liked it.

10/4/2024. Draught at Foraging Vintners, Port Erin, IoM. Pours clear pale amber pinkish copper. Attractive pour. Aroma is real rhubarb, apple, a little baked, slight sulphur and caramel notes. Moderate sweetness, with green undercooked rhubarb. Moderate body, quite fizzy. Drying astringent finish, but not sour. Well done.

8/4/2024. Draught at NOA Bakehouse, Douglas, IoM. Pours clear bright gold with an orange tint and a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet apple, light baked apple, brown sugar and caramel, with a very slight funky edge. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness, touch tart. Moderate body, sparkling carbonation. Some dryness to finish. Well done.
