About the Carlsons
When Mitch called his dad Wade in the fall of 2019 with the idea that their hometown needed a brewery, he could only nod in agreement - and then laughed the idea off.

But they never let it go away entirely, after countless hours of researching, studying and rolling up their sleeves, the Carlson’s are proud to bring Elm Creek Brewing Co. to their beloved Champlin, friends and neighbors.

Can shared by Jack, thanks! Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has sweet citrus, tropical fruits and a slight floral note underlying. Flavor has sweet grains and sweet citrus with a touch of mango and a light soapy note in the finish.

Can. Pours a cloudy raspberry red with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has tart blueberry and a lemon bite with a hint of sweet peach underlying. Flavor has sour blueberry and lemon with a hint of peach coming through.
