Most beer brands use this space to tell you about their rich history, super secret brewing techniques, or how their founder had a vision of ancient yeast strains after getting lost on a trip to Europe.

Our story? We just really like light beer. So we made one that we think brings you back to the way American light beer used to be made. And a lime one too.

Garage Beer is crisp, refreshing, and 95 calories. It’s Beer Flavored Beer™ to be enjoyed anywhere you and your friends get together. The Garage is Always Open.

Not much there in the aroma, but it’s a little peppery with some faint lime. Taste has faint hop bitterness with faint lime flavor. Like Bud Light Lime with way less lime flavor. Crisp, clean, and refreshing is about the only thing going for it.

Pounder green 2$ can from chalet premier. Pour is crystal clear pale. Big foamy head that fades after a few. Not much if any lime on the nose, mostly just a plain neutral lager aroma. First taste Is shades of lime and lime peel, but its barely there, well balanced; present but not in yer face. Just enough lime to develop a friendly citrus lime aftertaste after each slug. Very good cutting level of co2 in this, I'm liking that. No real bitterness from hops to speak of, pretty much just a friendly lawn mower or snow blower beer. Probably could drink a few of these pounder cans without any complaints. Glad I picked it up for my six pack of singles. Pretty good pleasant beer drinking session! --- Beer merged from original tick of Classic Lime Beer on 21 Apr 2025 at 17:54 - Score: Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 6.5 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7. Original review text: Supposedly this is a different beer than the garage lime? Classic lime? Not sure, but I bot a can of this any way and I'll tick it. If it gets combined into one later, so be it. 12 oz can from giant eagle, the large bird of prey. Clear pale, white foamy head. Decent lime on the nose. Initial taste is lime peel. Nicely done on the co2, fairly cutting. Fun and pretty much just a friendly session. Not bad overall, decent beer tasting event. No hint of bitter bite on the finish.

Pours golden with a fluffy white head. Aroma of cervexa malt and salt. Taste has cerveza like elements, added salt, not too sweet with the malt. Palate has lingering like on the nose. Not bad.

16 oz can from City Brew Tours Hanukkah box, night 5, 12/29/24. Clear yellow, foamy white head. Grains, corn, grass, and touch of spice. Slightly dry. Somewhat thin. Decent overall for what it is (generic macrob light substitute) but there's better light beer options from most craft breweries that make one. 5/4/6/3/11
