Bottled. Almost copper-colored, hazy and with some floaties and an off-white head. Hoppy and spicey, lightly citric aroma. The flavor has hops, pine-cones, resin, some malt and sweetness. Medium body and a long bitter finish. Nice pale ale. (060812)

Bottle, 5.2% ABV. It pours a ruby dark brown body with a beige to tan head. Looking really lovely, but maybe a bit pale. Bonfire-sour start on the aroma, quite burnt, with a little vanilla and sweetish scents. Sweet, burnt flavor with coffee, chocolate and bonfire, leading to a coffee-bitter finish. Dry, medium to full mouthfeel. A really pleasant one. Rating: 6-4-7-4-14-3.5. (080829)

Bottled at Cph Beerfestival. Dark brown, almost black, with a tan head. Light roasted aroma with dark chocolate and coffee. Mild but very pleasant flavor of chocolate and coffee. Mellow and lightly sweet, but yet dusty mouthfeel. Dry, lightly bitter finish. (060519)

Bottled at Cph Beerfestival and at home. Clear, light carbonating, golden beer. Small, white head. Sweet, light yeasty and citrus aroma. The flavor is sweet, malty and lemony, with a nice hop-level. Somewhat sticky mouthfeel, and a sweet and lightly bitter finish. A bit much on the sweet side all the way, but with a nice hoplevel. Original rating 060519: 6-3-6-3-12-3. (070119)

An unclear dark red beer with a nice dense beige head. The aroma is quite hoppy with some notes of pine needles, as well as hints of the alcohol. The flavor is powerful with strong malty notes of lots of caramel and toffee, as well as some berry notes in the beginning, but then the alcohol gains in strength to be felt both on the tongue and on the palate with at first a tingling sensation, which in turn becomes a dryness. In the end notes of wood, grass, and hops mixes with a light fruityness to give it a slightly bitter finish.

Bottled at Cph Beerfestival. Clear, golden IPA with no carbonation, and a dense, white head leaving nice lacings. Quite hoppy aroma and flavor, with floral tones, pine and grapefruit. Medium to thin body and a long hop-bitter finish. Not a beer I would drink often, but it is quite quaffable. (060519)

On tap at Cph Beerfestival. Clear, pale golden beer with low carbonation and a white head. Vegetables, flowers and hops in the aroma and the flavor, but the flavor has some malty sweetness too. Ok body. It didn’t suit my taste as much as it did to the raters before me, it seems. Will try to get a rerate someday. Rating: 3-3-3-3-8-2. (060519)

Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a small white head. Nice fruity nose with some peach, as well as hay and grass. Quite sweet on the palate, medium body, with flavors of fruits and a little malt, as well as some bitterness. Fruity, slightly sweet finish. An unusual but nice pilsner, needing some more bitterness.
