Bottle. Bit hazy amber. Sweet sugary malts, soft toffee, chestnuts, bread crust, light leafy hops. Medium sweet and bitter. Over medium bodied. A perfectly fine French style ambrée.

Bottle from market truck. Hazy dull golden with big white head. Sweet malts, light fruity notes with peach and lemon, grassy, light spicy yeast, bitter leafy hops, blackberries. Medium sweet and bitter, a touch of sourness. Solid medium bodied. Nice beer.

Bottle from the farm's market truck. Very murky brown with a nice creamy head. Beer doesn't look good but the head is nice. Cloves, sweet malts, orange zest, allspice, pain d'épices basically. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Feels a lot lighter than 8.5% abv, it's not a great beer but way better than I expected.
