Licht troebel geel bier met schuim. Smaak is kruidig en bitterzoet met iets van sinaasappel en wat bloemen. Ook iets van honing kom ik tegen en verder een sprankelend mondgevoel net als echte champagne.

Fles gedeeld met Tomhendriksen, Benzai en Keukeman. Donkerrood tot amberkleurig bier met een mooie beige schuimkraag. Aroma is fruitig en licht moutig. De smaak is houtig, zoet en fruitig. De nasmaak is licht hoppig.
