Klar rød farge med bobler. Lukter bringebær og honning. Bruser over ved åpning. Sprudlende og meget søt. Bringebær og honning I smak også.

375 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 10.8%. Clear red colour, pours sparkling with a large but shortlived pink head. Aroma of raspberries and honey. Sweet flavour, distinct notes of raspberries and honey. But are the two really a good combination? Worth a go, anyway.

YG 010620. Red color with no head. Aroma is rasperries, honey. Flavor is raspberries, honey, cellar notes, alcohol, hay, grass. OK/Nice mead.

Gusher. Small fizzy shortlasting head, slightly cloudy light reddish color. Aroma is dry concentrated sour-ish fruity, bark, fruit stones, alcohol, grass, raspberry syrup, minerals, old cellar, berry skin, hints of thinner. Taste is sweet sour-ish fruity, raspberry syrup, fruit stones, alcohol, minerals, bark, hay, grass, berry skin, hints of thinner. Boozy and sweet sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Bottle. A hazy candy red drink with a thin layer of pink bubbles. There's lots of raspberry in the aroma, with a touch of cellar and honey in the back. It's full-bodied, lightly sweet-ish, yet with some dry elements. Perhaps a bit hard carbonation. The alcohol isn't very evident in the aroma, but it can be felt in the mouth when drinking. Gives and instant buzz actually. Raspberry and sweetness in the flavor, almost like a liqueur. Honey hints too, but raspberry runs the show. A nice drink indeed, but very little mead-ish.
