Bottle. A lightly hazy golden colored cider, almost still, with some bubbles on top. Apple juice, alcohol, grass and some bark in the aroma. Some apple cores. It's lightly warming on the palate, softly carbonated and with a decent sourness. Apple juice, grass notes, some alcohol and an earthy, wood touch in the flavor. Some yeasty hints towards the finish. A quite simple and straigth forward cider, still with some decent flavors and aroma. Impressive considering the location of the winery. 230331

Uklar brun. Lukter ved åpning veldig av gjær. Etterhvert modne epler. Meget tørr i munnfølelse. Modne epler og noe sitrus i avslutningen. Mye kullsyre.
