YG 180323. Golden color with no head. Aroma is apples,fruit, flowers. Flavor is apples, fruit, flowers, grass,yeast. OK cider.

Bottle, 75cl corked, from trade with Bryne. A lightly sparkling, clear golden colored cider. Headless.The aroma is quite tropical fruity, with apple juice pulling the biggest load. Hints of flowers and grass, and a touch of apple cores. It's medium bodied, gently carbonated and quite dry on the palate, with lots of apple flavor. Some apple core-like bitterness, some tropical fruit and candy, some grass and a very faint yeasty hint. Lingering apple flavored finish. Suffers a bit from the ABV I guess, but it's a clean and tasteful cider anyway, although not very complex. Perhaps best served with ice cubes on a hot day. 230317
